Access to the house is by a private non tarmac and stone road for 1.7 km.This is a 9-room house on 2 levels. It has a large lounge with open fireplace, 2 dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms, all rooms have access to a tiled terrace, 260 m2.Private: grounds 35 ha, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, 01.05.-30.09.) with built-in steps. There is also a lake for swimming (60 m x 25 m, depth 1m to 5 m).Nearest shop and restaurants are 5 km away.Boules pitch in front of the house.Included in the rental: 2 hours of cleaning per week and 1 change of linen for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks.
